Kerry brings more than 15 years of experience as a small business owner and community leader in Harford County, along with a deep commitment to service and relationship-building. She is the owner of Kerry Paradis Photography, where she has built a respected business rooted in creativity, connection, and storytelling. In addition, Kerry is the founder of Revival for Recovery, a local nonprofit initiative dedicated to supporting individuals and families impacted by substance use disorder through advocacy, community events, and peer support.

Known throughout the community for her energy, compassion, and collaborative spirit, Kerry has led numerous fundraising and awareness events that bring people together for meaningful causes. Her passion for strengthening families and uplifting communities aligns seamlessly with the education foundation’s mission of removing barriers from learning and unlocking every child’s potential.

“I am honored to join Harford County Education Foundation and be part of an organization so deeply committed to creating opportunity for every child,” said Dietz. “I look forward to building meaningful relationships, strengthening community partnerships, and helping advance a mission that truly changes lives.”

In her new role, Kerry will focus on donor engagement, community partnerships, and advancement initiatives, helping to grow the education foundation’s impact for students, educators, and families across Harford County.

Kerry lives in Harford County with her husband, Dustin, her adventurous and creative daughters, Alanah and Atriah, their fun-loving dogs, Kash and Koda and their affectionate cat Kosmo. She cherishes family time as a chance to recharge, share laughter, and find inspiration in everyday moments.
